P0500 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the p0500 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all p0500 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the p0500 platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the p0500 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and p0500 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The p0500 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. p0500 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that are unable to verify the information provided.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register one account at p0500. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. p0500 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own unless you report unauthorised access to us in writing within 24 hours of the incident.
All registration information provided must be complete, accurate, and up to date. p0500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
P0500 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, unless expressly authorised in writing by p0500, is prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for unauthorised gain
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any illegal activity on or through the platform
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content to other users
- Using unauthorised payment methods or payment methods that do not belong to you
P0500 reserves the right to monitor account activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, reversing transactions, or reporting to the relevant authorities, where there are indicators of suspicious or unlawful activity.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the p0500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost.
Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the Wallet section of your account. Deposits are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform and typically complete within minutes, depending on the method chosen.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your p0500 account. p0500 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify ownership of the receiving account before processing any withdrawal.
Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits credited to your account are non-reversible. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit, p0500 reserves the right to correct the account balance upon completion of an investigation. Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
P0500 is not responsible for any processing fees, conversion charges, or other fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimers
Platform Liability Limits
P0500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes. All gaming and betting activities are undertaken at the user's own risk. The p0500 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Service Disruptions
P0500 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% platform availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or technical disruptions beyond our control may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible. p0500 is not liable for any losses arising from such service disruptions.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
P0500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. Valid account balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is concluded, unless the balance is linked to suspected fraudulent activity. Intellectual Property
All content on the p0500 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and interface elements — is the property of p0500 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p0500.
6. Third-Party Links & External Services
The p0500 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or video streaming providers. p0500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
Use of any third-party services integrated into the p0500 platform is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those providers. Users are advised to review the relevant terms before using any third-party services.
7. Amendments & Governing Law
P0500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any amendments will be published on the platform at least 7 days before the effective date, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes for legal or security reasons.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
